Product Description:

This magnificent 1 oz 2022 Year Of The Tiger Rotating Charm Silver Antiqued Coin celebrates the Year of the Tiger, the third of twelve animals associated with the ancient Chinese lunar calendar. Tigers are some of the most amazing creatures on the planet, they are the largest members of the cat family and are renowned for their power and strength. As the largest member of the cat family, Tigers are strong, powerful and Brave. Just like the Tiger, those born under the sign of the Chinese lunar tiger in 2022, 2010, 1998, 1986, 1974 and every 12th preceding year are said to be natural leaders blessed with courage, charm and confidence.

This Year of the Tiger Silver Antiqued coin features a unique 18 carat gold plated rotating Tiger charm. The coin’s reverse showcases stylised tigers roaming through rocky terrain symbolising determination, confidence and courage in Chinese culture. As well as The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, the reverse also includes the coin’s weight and fineness. The Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II appears on the obverse, which is inscribed with the coin’s monetary denomination and 2022 year-date. Each coin has been individually antiqued, there may be slight variations in the appearance of each coin.

This coin is struck by The Perth Mint from 99.99% pure silver and is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu. Only 3,000 coins will be released.

Each coin is housed in a classic display case with a clear lid.
